Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping rates are based on the shipping methods you request and are calculated when you place your order. Our shipping rates are obtained directly from our shipping vendors and we make all efforts to ensure it to be as accurate as possible.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

30 - day money back applies to all www.pizazzDirect.com products unless stated in the product column of shopping cart. If you are not completely satisfied with your www.pizazzDirect.com products, please return them for a full refund (excludes a 15% Open Box and shipping Fee).

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.  A 15% Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.

www.pizazzdirect.com reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition.  "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals, and accessories.  Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days.  To obtain an RMA Number, email orders@pizazzdirect.com.  Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of merchandise are non-refundable.

Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that www.pizazzdirect.com receives the merchandise, and will be credited to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for expenses, fees or other costs incurred by our Customers as a result of defective or incompatible products.

If returning the products please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail.  www.pizazzdirect.com is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment.  Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.
